One day I had to take my laptop in for repair and it was the first time I had been in my computer guy’s office. The floor of his reception area was beautiful and looked like mosaic tile in circular patterns. I noticed the floor because the room was empty. After my laptop was repaired I asked him why there wasn’t any place to sit down and he said he hadn’t gotten to that yet. I said, “You know, I can help 
you.”
I ordered two chairs from Target online for him. I shopped an hour and came back with a table, lamp, floor plant, metal piece for the wall and a couple of pieces of art. I chose the stripes with brown because there were two guys in the business and I wanted it to look masculine.
Here is the before and after. It is important that businesses look inviting and give a positive first impression to their clients. By the way, they loved the change!
